Bulk Orders, Resale, & One-Off Policy
All items sold by LittleEccentricities, including vintage one-offs, hand-cast resin items (from regular molds or custom house-made molds), 3D-printed designs (FDM and resin), and one-of-a-kind creations such as magic staves, are handmade or carefully curated for personal use by the original purchaser.
We do not allow unauthorized bulk purchases or resale for commercial purposes without prior written approval. Orders placed under false pretenses, such as claiming personal use when intended for resale or attempting to make a corporate order appear as an individual purchase, may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
One-off or limited edition items are especially protected. Individual buyers may resell a single item casually (for example on platforms like eBay) for personal reasons, such as decluttering, provided it is not part of a commercial operation or intended to profit significantly above the original purchase price. Corporations or other business entities are not permitted to resell items without prior written approval.
We love working with legitimate retailers, boutiques, and enthusiasts interested in wholesale or bulk ordering. Contact us directly for approved pricing, availability, and guidelines to ensure our products are represented fairly while maintaining their handmade quality.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to comply with this policy. LittleEccentricities reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse future sales, and require businesses to cease unauthorized resale of our work. Violations of this policy, including misrepresentation or unauthorized resale, may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property and business interests.
Modifications or alterations to items, such as repurposing for commercial products, are not allowed without prior written consent. Unauthorized modification constitutes a breach of policy and may result in order cancellation, refusal of future sales, and legal action. We encourage individuals to use our items creatively in crafts, personal projects, or DIY creations, as long as they are not used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Media Use
Media use requires prior written approval. We’d love for our pieces to be in your movie or film!
Care instructions
Care for resin by avoiding prolonged exposure to sun/ UV rays and hot water. Know that some of our resin is heat resistant but none of it is heatproof. Avoid throwing or dropping resin items. While they are sturdy, it is possible for them to break.
If you choose to glue, sand or drill our items, you are responsible for your own PPE and for reading about the safety of the materials you bought to work with.
Avoid putting paper-backed cabochons and music jewelry in water, as they have authentic sheet music/ paper inside. Please note that these items are all handmade, and may include small imperfections like tiny bubbles in resin and very slight deviations in wire wraps. Handle glass gem trinkets with care.
Custom and personalized orders
We do not offer refunds or returns on personalized orders, but what I will do is send a picture and make sure it is to your liking first. If not, we can tweak the item and remake/revise it one time to better fit your expectations.
The reason we do not accept returns and refunds on custom orders is that we are taking the time and materials to make the item just for you. Often, customs require extra purchases (like new pigments) and take hours to design. We cannot get our time back!
It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to our picture of the custom. If the custom order is close to the ship-by date and the customer fails to respond within 48 hours, the order will ship out anyway so that it is not late. Thanks for understanding!Edit

Any unauthorized reproduction, including but not limited to molds, casts, scans, or digital reproductions of our work, is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be pursued against any infringement.
Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
I do not accept returns or cancellations. Each Cancellation costs my shop fees that do not get refunded to me. For a chance at at honored cancellation, it must be within 24 hours or less.
If there is a problem with your order, I am not responsible for refunds involving damaged items past 30 days of receiving the item. You MUST contact me within a month of receiving it. Otherwise, we cannot accept your request.
If your item was damaged upon arrival, or it breaks shortly after receiving it, send us a picture of the problem. We will assess it, and likely send another. Refunds and resends will not occur without proper evidence, within 30 days or less .
We do not accept returns based on slight variations due to handmade products.
Candle Holder Safety Caution / Fire Hazard / Policy
We only recommend that you use battery-powered tea lights with resin crystal holder. These are marketed as ‘LED Candle Holders’ meaning they are not meant to be exposed to heat or flame. If you use real candles instead, we are not responsible for any fire or wax damages to you or your property.
Resin Safety: Regarding Food & Temperature
Do not place food on resin items or heat food on resin items. Resin safety recommendations vary depending on the country in which you live.
USPS Claims & Lost and Stolen Packages
Customers are now responsible for filing their own USPS and other postal claims if a package gets lost/damaged. We send things out quickly and securely. Sadly, the small shop cannot afford buffer the cost of the post office’s mistakes. We can replace damaged items (US) and refund damaged items (International).

Priority is the fastest, most reliable method.
We are not responsible for stolen packages or porch pirates- please report suspected porch piracy to your local police, as well as request your local post office perform a missing mail search on the item. LittleEccentricities is not responsible for refunding packages that were successfully delivered.
Jewelry and Small Parts Warning
Jewelry items and small items like miniatures are are intended for adults such as those 18 and up. My jewelry items are not edible. If a piece of jewelry or other small item from our store is given to a young child or ingested, I am not responsible for the damages.
None of our items at LittleEccentricities are edible.

Additional Safety Information
Some people are allergic or sensitive to epoxy resin, SLA or UV resin. If you have a reaction to the resin, we am not responsible for the problems that ensue.
Do not stub out hot cigarettes or other items into resin items.
Do not put resin in water near areas where there are aquatic animals.
While we do our best to sand sharp edges, resin products can still contain small yet sharp edges that can scratch you, especially crystal dragon figurines, and similar items. Handle all resin items with care.
If you attempt to extract or consume any part of our products, we am not responsible bodily harm.
We occasionally include hard candy in our package (cinnamon, mints, smarties, etc) If you have any allergies to food ingredients (gluten allergies, dye sensitivities, nut allergies) do not eat them. We are not responsible for reactions to the candy. The candy is commercially made, we do not make it. Upon request, we will provide the ingredients label to said items. When in doubt, toss it out!
International Shipping / Lost Item Policy
We are not able to insure items sent to Poland or other areas near the Ukraine war as we may not be able to purchase the label through our regular method. Order at your own risk of the item being lost. We are not responsible for this.
We are not responsible for order delays due to postal strikes or acts of god.
Items will be shipped once payment is received.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. I’m not responsible for customs delays, or VAT which is accidentally charged twice. Please take any issues up with your local government or post.
Choose the shipping option that is recommended for the item. Jewelry may not be shipped to many countries besides via ensured mail. All items shipped internationally including tracking; the tracking number will be attached to your order once it has been shipped from our shop. International shipping can take 1 month depending on the method chosen.
Coupons Policy & Change Requests
Custom orders are NOT ELIGiBLE for coupons. We reserve the right to automatically cancel orders where specialty items received discounts, please do not apply them.
Change requests are not guaranteed to be applied (the item will be made to the parameters listed at the time of purchase).
We jump right to production once we receive your order. If the customer service rep sees your change request after your order has already been made, there is no way for us to reverse it. We will do our absolute best to help, but change requests cannot be guaranteed and we are not responsible for any incorrect information on the original order summary. Please be sure to look through your order (including your shipping address and personalization request) thoroughly before submitting!
Help! My International Order Isn’t Here Yet
Global Post International Shipping (the most economical form of international shipping) is the slowest method. It’s not possible to get same-week shipping unless you choose an expedited method. Always look at the estimates before purchasing to make sure the product will meet your timeframe and needs!
Please be patient! It may take from 2 weeks up until a month to get to you (After my processing is done). If you don’t receive an international order by 30 days from the time it shipped, please don’t hesitate to reach out! It is very rare for international orders to get lost, so more than likely, your package is on its way!

In general: Fully cured resin (epoxy, SLA, or urethane) is a solid plastic that is non-toxic and considered inert for most uses. Please be aware that certain people may have sensitivitites, despite this.

Resin products are for decorative purposes only. They should not be used for food contact, cosmetic use, or in environments where they will be exposed to heat or moisture unless specifically stated.
Resin FAQ
What exactly are SLA, epoxy, and urethane resins?
They are synthetic resins used in manufacturing and crafting. They cure into solid plastics but can cause health hazards in liquid, semi-cured, or particulate forms.
Are resin items safe to handle?
Finished, fully cured resin items are safe for decorative use. However:
- Never chew, suck, bite, or lick resin items.
- Do not leave with children or pets
- Do not use resin products for food or beverage service unless explicitly stated as food-safe.
- Do not sand, cut, or drill resin items unless you have proper safety equipment and training.
Can I modify, cut, or sand resin products?
We strongly discourage this, unless you have proper safety equipment and proper training. If you choose to do so, you assume all risks. Always wear:
- NIOSH-approved respirator
- Protective gloves
- Eye protection
- Long sleeves
Work in a well-ventilated area or outdoors. Never use power tools indoors with resin unless you have a fume extraction system.
Product Intended Use
Our products are not toys. They are not intended for use by children or pets.
Are your resin products food-safe?
No, unless specifically labeled otherwise. Never use resin products for food or beverage contact.
Do you provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)?
We do not provide MSDS for finished products. However, we use commercially available resins, and you can request MSDS from resin manufacturers for information on uncured resin risks.
Can I hold your shop responsible for damages, injuries, or reactions?
No. By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- You accept full responsibility for safe use.
- You agree that the shop is not liable for any consequences of improper handling, use, or storage.
What steps does your shop take to ensure safety?
- We cure all resin items thoroughly per manufacturer guidelines.
- We work in a well-ventilated, professional workspace.
- We use PPE during the manufacturing process.
- We provide safety information to all customers.
- We follow local disposal regulations for waste materials.
How should I clean or maintain resin products?
- Wipe with a soft cloth. Do not soak in water or use harsh chemicals.
- Keep resin products out of direct sunlight to prevent yellowing.
- Do not expose to heat (ovens, microwaves, hot surfaces).
What happens if I misuse your products?
If you misuse our products (e.g., cutting, sanding, burning, using with food, allowing children to handle them), you assume all risks and liability.
Vintage Porcelain, Glazed Pottery, Crystal are for Display Only
Lead can be present in the glazes/ decorations that cover the surface of some traditional pottery, vintage porcelain pieces, and crystalware (before aprox 2000). This piece may or may not contain lead, as was common in older glazes (aprox before the mid to late 1980s). It hasn’t been tested. We recommend using it for display only.
