We are committed to making our customers feel satisfied with their handmade and one-of-a-kind goods. By purchasing items with our shop, you agree to adhere to our process, policies and care instructions.

Overview & Process

This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We must have evidence the item was purchased, and shipped back to us, before we can offer a refund or exchange. Please send us a picture of your shipping receipt after the item is sent back.

We also require pictures of the inside and outside of the packaging for damaged goods, as well as an image of the damaged product itself. Please do not return an item without speaking to us first! If you send an item back to us with no communication, we may not be able to file an insurance claim with our shipping insurance provider, therefore, you may null your return/refund.

Several types of goods are legally exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We are also required to tell you that we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items included:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Divination and tarot readings

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds within are not granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items which we not repacked well, and were damaged upon arrival to our business PO.
  • The item was not sent by the customer
  • Handmade items which have disclosed imperfections, or vintage goods small signs of wear due to being pre-loved
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return to Sender Vs. Paying to Re-Ship

If the package is in good condition and the label is undamaged, write ‘Return to Sender’ or ‘Refused’, send us a picture, and give it to yout mail carrier. This is free.

If the label is damaged, another must be purchased. In this case, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

We cannot honor refunds for buyers who provided an incorrect address or refused the item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify if you refund is rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit to your account (or replacement item) will make its way to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, you can contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items & Customs

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and customized or custom orders cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

We do not typically accept returns and exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or significantly not as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {LittleEccentricitites@gmail.com} and send your item to our business PO.

Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a resend/refund of the item. Once the returned item is received, the transcation will be considered complete.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund/replacement to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
